Rejections:
Kabillion tests inbound files on the following criteria:

Frame Size
Is the video width and height in a broadcast standard format?
Standard frame sizes include: 640x480, 720x480, 720x486, 1280x720, 1920x1080
Frame Rate
Is the video frame rate in a broadcast standard format?
Standard frame rates include: 23.98, 24, 29.97, 30, 59.94, 60 fps
Scan Type
Is the scan appropriate for the video type?
Appropriate matches are as follows:
NTSC (standard def.) – Bottom Field First
720P (HD) – Progressive
1080i – Interlaced
1080p – Progressive
Video Bitrate
Is the video bitrate sufficiently high enough for the frame size to not have macroblocking or quality issues?
HD bitrates must be above 35mbs.
SD bitrates must be above 15 mbs.
Audio Sample Rate and Bit Depth
Is the audio sample rate 48k and 16 or 24 bit broadcast standard format?
Macroblocking
Does the video contain macroblocking?
-
Macroblocking is sometimes referred to as “pixelization” in layman’s terms. It happens when video that has too much action, too big of a frame size, too high of a frame rate or too much detail is being squeezed into a video bitrate that is too small.
