| A. | It is a process that is quick, simple, and completely free. Go to the Kabillion website at http://www.kabillion.com/ and click in the "Join Now!" logo on the right. You will create a username and choose a password. When you are done, you will receive a confirmation email where you will need to click on the provided link to confirm your account. |

| A. | After you sign up, we will send you an email to make sure that the email address you provided is accurate. It is the confirmation email. It is a method for us to confirm that the email is a legitimate one. Once you receive it, you will need to click on the provided link and you will formally be a part of Kabillion. Enjoy! |

| Q. | Why doesn't the site accept my username? | |
| A. | Either someone else has already taken it, it is your real name or it did not pass our filth filtering. Make sure that the username you choose is not offensive or it will not be accepted. | |
| Q. | How do I save the Kabillion wallpapers? | |
| A. | All you have to do is choose one of the resolution/size that you want on your computer, right-click on the picture after it has loaded, and click on "save image as." Then you will choose where to save it on your computer. Instead of "Save image as", you can also directly click on "Set as desktop background." | |
| Q. | Why does Kabillion require activation? | |
| A. | Kabillion.com requires 'activation' of your account so we can keep the site free of spam and other not very nice things. | |
| Q. | How do I activate my account? | |
| A. | Activation is simple. When you sign-up for kabillion.com you are required to enter a valid (real) email address. The address can be yours or your parents. Once you have secured your Kabillion Username and Password, refer (check) your email for a new message from us! | |
| Q. | What if I don't see my activation email? | |
| A. | This could mean one of three things: 1) The email hasn't arrived yet. Though Kabillion send you your activation email instantly, it can take time for your email provider to deliver it. The typical lag time for most members is five to ten minutes. 2) Your activation email may have already arrived but is hidden in either your spam or bulk email folder. 3) You may have accidentally deleted the email. If that is the case, have your activation email re-sent to you here. |

| A. | Active accounts have more privileges than accounts that have not yet completed the process! You can make your own avatar, earn Kaching to purchase items for your hangout or avatar and get member exclusive access to areas of the site and content. Give it a try! | |

| A. | Just pick the IM you want, you might be asked to buy it with Kachings though! Once you have selected the IM just launch it from the pop-up prompt to install it into your IM program! | |

| A. | Many of our contests are advertised on the site, just click the advertisement to be linked to the contest page. From there, there are instructions on how to enter. Only members can be entered in though, so sign-up! You can also go to http://kabillion.com/community/contests/ to see other contests | |
| Q. | Do all games earn Kachings? | |
| A. | No, some games will not reward you with Kachings but you will still enjoy the game! Try them all out and see which earn you Kachings! | |

| A. | If you are having serious issues with the website, you can email Editor@kabillion.com and let us know. Please describe the problem, include what browser you use and its version and what computer system you use (PC or Mac). Also, if you live outside of the United States, just add "Not in USA" in the email as well. | |

| A. | Of course! We want to make sure that the site is fun for everyone and that our members remain safe on the site. You can report any issues you might have with another member and we will review the situation. | Q. | How do I send someone an Egreeting. | |
| A. | Its easy, make sure you are logged in, then click the egreeting you want to send and fill in the 3 fields: name, e-mail address and description. You can preview it too before you send it. When its ready, just hit send! | |
