Submission Release
By signing below,
I SPECIFICALLY AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN.
I hereby consent to the use and reuse by the Kabillion, LLC (“Network” or “Kabillion”), and any of its respective licensees,
designees, assignees, parents, subsidiaries, or affiliated entities and each of
their respective employees, agents, representatives, offices and directors (collectively
“Releasees”) of my child’s original work in the form
of a birthday card, craft or other creative entry including without limitation,
any accompanying drawing, photograph, voice, actions, likeness, child’s name,
child’s age and child’s city and state of residence, (collectively “Submission”)
as edited, altered, or modified by the Releasees and
that Releasees shall exclusively own all right,
title, or interest in the Submission, in any and all media now known or
hereafter devised, in any and all versions, worldwide in perpetuity. I agree
the Releasees may use all or any part of the
Submission, and may alter or modify it regardless of whether or not my child is
recognizable. I further agree that Releasees may use
the Submission in connection with any promotion, publicity, marketing or
advertisement for Network or Network’s programming service. I grant the rights
hereunder whether or not my Submission is selected. I agree to release, defend,
indemnify and hold harmless Releasees from any and
all claims, actions lawsuits, liabilities and expenses arising out of or
relating to their recording or use of the Submission. I agree not to make any
claim again Releasees as a result of the use or
non-use of the Submission (including, without limitation, any claim that such
use invades any right of privacy and/or publicity). I understand that I will
not be paid any money or receive any form of compensation for giving Releasees these rights, or for signing this agreement.
I certify that the Submission is original and that the
Network’s use of the Submission will not violate any rights of any other person
or entity, including, without limitation, any copyright rights.

AGREEMENT AND THAT NO ORAL REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND HAVE BEEN MADE TO ME AND
THAT THIS AGREEMENT STATES OUR ENTIRE UNDERSTANDING.

Kabillion (“Kabillion”) is the first and only multi-platform
service (on-air, on-demand, and online) devoted to. Kabillion is
available online at www.kabillion.com (“Kabillion.com” or “Website”), providing
children and their parents (or guardians) the opportunity to engage in shared
moments of learning and laughing together. Our safe, fun, and interactive
Website offers programming schedules, original age-appropriate games, and
user-friendly tools that let children and their parents interact with their
favorite Kabillion characters. This privacy policy applies to this
Website and does not apply to other Kabillion products or services.
At Kabillion.com, we are committed to complying with the Children's Online
Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”), which requires that we inform parents
and guardians about how we collect, use, and disclose personal information

Contests and Sweepstakes
Occasionally, Kabillion.com may offer children the
opportunity to enter contests and sweepstakes online. To participate, a
child will be asked to provide a first name and a parent’s e-mail
address. The information collected will be used solely to enter the child
in the contest or sweepstakes, to notify the parent of the child’s entry, and
to notify the parent if the child is a winner. The information collected
for the contest or sweepstakes will be deleted once the contest or sweepstakes
ends.

Kabillion.com does not disclose your personal information to
