"Seeing Stars"

Story:

"He's going to die within hours if he doesn't get
a propper heart."
I couldn't comprehend those words. Family
members began weeping. I should have, but I couln't
breath.
"I'm sorry." He probably says that a lot. Then I
felt my heart shatter. I cried out, breaking the barrier
between me and pure realization. I felt myself sit down.
My head was in my hands.
"Take mine," I heard myself say.
Everyone's eyes were on me. I heard
protesting; someone was shouting. I was not listening.
"We have the same blood type," I expressed.
People began to yell louder. "Come with me," I
heard him say.
My mother cried. My father shouted. I spoke
as loudly and as clearly as I could,"Give him my heart."
They all were staring now. "I'm dying anyway," I voiced.
She cried.
He shouted.
"please."
We argued.
I Won.
"Hello," I said. He was lying there, so close to
death. His eyes opend. I got lost in his beutiful eyes.
"They found a heart donor," I smiled.
His eyes lit up. "Who?"
I couldn't speak the truth. "Thats not
important," I finaly said.
"I'm so happy."
I nodded. I smiled, more fears. "I Love you.
You'll understand someday." I leaned down and kissed
him one last time.
"Wh-what?" He asked.
He can't know.
"I love you," I repeated. I moved away from
him, but he reached out to me.
"I love you," I finalized and turned to walk out
of the door and out of his life.
I couln't live without him. I didn't want to. He always
had my heart and in my heart, our love would live on ..
forever.
He opened his eyes.
Something was wrong. She wasn't there, but
.. she was.
Ba bump, ba bump, ba bump ...
He could hear her,"I love you, I love you, I love
you..." He knew. He KNEW,
He scremed.
ba bump...
"I love you..."
His heart. Was racing.
Her heart. Was screaming.
Ba bump, ba bump, ba bump...
"I love you, I love you, I love you..."
For a moment, instead of hearing her heart, he
heard her voice. He saw stars. "I love you."
